Jasmine Comer (she/her) is a North Carolina native. She is the founder of Lively Meals, a food blog where she shares simple every day eats. Her background in marketing and graphic communications helped her create a successful online community where she’s able to reach people all over the world. She strives to create healthy meals that are enjoyable, but she also believes that balance is key. She believes that its okay to enjoy broccoli and cookies too. In her free time, she loves to connect with nature and travel. But ultimately, she really loves her work which always involves lots of good food.
