Erin Fiorini (she/her) holds a M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona, is fluent in Spanish and worked a combined 10 years in Latin America. She especially enjoyed her time as a U.S. Peace Corps organic agriculture extension agent in Ecuador and as assistant to chef Pilar Cabrera of La Olla Restaurante in Oaxaca, Mexico.
Erin’s life revolves around community development, justice, human rights advocacy, and creativity. Beer is for Everyone, which is widening the lens on who’s doing and drinking craft beer through writing and images, is an extension of her M.O. She hopes to keep introducing the wide range of folks who are taking part in craft beer, both in the U.S. and farther afield to a wide audience.
Her beer of choice at the moment is Darwin Brewery’s Siesta Key Lager. It’s a Mexican-style lager and has a slightly sweet, and citrusy flavor and amber color. It’s crisp enough to cut any sed.
